1. Why should I book with Mutlu Deveci®?
We guarantee the highest quality service and value for money.Our knowledgable and friendly local guides work hardly to ensure your perfect holiday and make your stay memorable.

2. How can I request a customized tour program?
Please fill in our contact form. The information will allow us to design your individual holiday package.

3. Are there any cost for your tour customizing service?
No. You will not be charged for itinerary preparation. There are no booking fees.No deposit is required until you confirm a booking.

4. When do your services start?
Our representative will meet you at the arrival hall of the destination port/airport/station. Our services start and end at these international transport hubs. We ask you to arrange your international travel  yourself since we are aware that the price quotes from internet based wholesalers or local travel agencies for international transport are usually lower than those that we could offer.

5. Do you have recommended tour programs?
We offer various packages to the most popular destinations on our web site.
These programmes have been prepared upon our experience but they can be customized according to your requirements.

6. Can you arrange customized tours for groups as well?
Certainly. Simply state the number of your party on the contact form

7. How long does it take you to answer my request?
We will responded to your enquiry within 24 hours.

8. How do I book?
When you decide to book, we will e-mail the payment instructions to you. We request a deposit of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking to secure your reservations. The remaining 70% of the payment is to be paid 45 days prior to the departure date. We accept online payments by credit cards and bank transfer. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will secure your reservations.

9. How do I get the confirmation?
Once the reservations are secured, you will receive a confirmed travel itinerary.
Upon your arrival you will receive an information pack.

10. Do you book international airfare?
Our packages and customized tours do not include the international airfare except the flights between Turkey/Greece. Our experience shows that you would be receiving a better quote by purchasing your international airfare through the internet or through your local travel agency.

11. How do I recognize you upon arrival?
Before your arrival, we will ask you to provide us your international flight details including airline company, flight number and time. According to these details, one of our representatives will be waiting outside the exit door of the arrivals hall. Our representative will be holding a sign with your name on it.

12. Will the transportation be modern and comfortable?
Your transfers will be provided in comfortable Mercedes `Sprinters` or `Vitos`. On some tours we travel between cities by air.

13. What will the hotels be like?
Our hotels are carefully chosen based on our experience and our former clients feedback. We use authentic hotels which meet a very high standard with ensuite facilities. Mostly they are centrally located, convenient to the main historic, shopping and entertainment districts; or scenically in areas of natural beauty.

14. Do you have a non-smoking policy?
Both smokers and non-smokers are welcomed on our tours. Although, smoking is not permitted on flights, and tour buses/minivans, we do make plenty of comfort stops giving you the opportunity to smoke, use restroom facilities, take a scenic snapshot or just relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

15. What about special dietary requirements?
We will do our best to accommodate any requests but regret that we cannot guarantee them.

16. Is vegetarian food available?
Vegetarian dishes are widely available throughout the country.

17. Do you work with travel agents?
No. We are a completely independant company. Each tour is designed to our individual clients requirements by Mutlu Deveci®
